How much money is required to open a Kids’ Nite Out Across America® franchise?

When you buy a Kids’ Nite Out Across America® franchise, you are buying the blueprint and formula for the KNOAA® program; use of our federally-registered, trademarked name; hands-on training from our experienced corporate staff; an exclusive territory to operate one KNOAA franchise program in; and access to the KNOAA® team. You also receive a start-up supply of counselor t-shirts, manager shirts and concession tickets. Other benefits include special pricing from vendors, updates regarding new games, and immediate access to our growing network of franchisees, including franchisee conference calls. You will become part of our franchise team and share our dream of offering socially responsible programs to the children of our communities.

Can this business be managed on a part-time basis or is a full-time commitment necessary?

A Kids’ Nite Out Across America® franchise can be a part-time business, allowing you to continue a full-time job or work around family commitments or other part-time obligations.

What are the royalty fees?

Royalty fees are ongoing fees paid to us for ongoing support and ongoing use of our system. Our low royalty fee is 10% of the admission fees collected, but no less than a minimum of $1.25 per child, and is paid on a weekly basis. No royalties are paid on money made through the sale of food, beverage or novelty items.

How does a Kids’ Nite Out Across America® franchise owner make money?

Most locations collect between $10 and $15 per child at the door. Aside from the door revenue, another revenue source comes from the sale of concession and miscellaneous items. These may consist of items such as pizza, nachos, hot dogs, chips, pretzels, candy, granola bars, soda pop, sports drinks, juice, bottled water, and a prize redemption center where novelty items can be purchased or redeemed with prize cards. Many franchisees make a considerable additional profit from their concession stands.

Will I have a protected territory?

Yes! The size of the territory will be based upon demographic information.
