What are the steps to becoming a Kids’ Nite Out Across America® franchise owner?

The first step is to contact us to request our franchise packet. The second step would be to call us after reviewing the packet so we can get to know you better and answer any questions you might have. Once we decide to move forward, the next step will be to fill out and submit our Personal Profile/Confidential Questionnaire.

Because safety is our number one priority with the Kids’ Nite Out Across America® program, a thorough criminal and sex-offender background check will be done on all applicants. A financial background check will be run as well. All applicants must provide a copy of their driver’s license or passport and may be subject to fingerprinting and random drug screening.

Once these steps are successfully completed, a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) will be sent to you. The receipt page of the FDD must be signed and returned immediately to verify that you have received it.

Next, a Discovery Day will be scheduled for you to visit our corporate headquarters in Denver, Colorado. The Discovery Day provides an opportunity for us to get to know one another and for you to see one or two Denver-area Kids’ Nite Out Across America® programs in action. Your airfare, car rental, and hotel expenses for your trip (a maximum of $750.00) will be reimbursed if you are awarded and purchase a Kids’ Nite Out Across America® franchise.

Owning a franchise is an exciting yet serious pursuit. We want you to carefully evaluate this franchise opportunity, as we will carefully evaluate you.

If accepted as a franchisee, you will be scheduled for training at our corporate headquarters. After your initial training we will schedule a visit and be there to ensure that your Grand Opening is an absolutely spectacular event!
