Masks are currently required at most locations. We take the health and safety of our staff, participant’s, and their families seriously. We will be following all local mask and social distancing requirements specific to each of our locations. If masks are not mandated in your area, but you would like your child to wear a mask, you are more than welcome to send them wearing one. We strive to create a welcoming, friendly environment that fits the needs of each individual.
In an effort to minimize the time spent in the lobby areas during check in and check out, online ticketing and waiver signing is now available. Tickets can be purchased the night of the event only if the event hasn’t sold out. We recommend that you purchase your tickets and sign your waiver early to secure your spot at our awesome events. If anyone in your home is not feeling well or showing symptoms such as cough, fever, nausea, body aches, etc, please stay home. Please visit the locations page to connect with your location operator to receive a refund.
Additionally, participants will be required to wash their hands before purchasing items from our concessions area. We will also have hand sanitizer available throughout our facilities and sanitize high touch surfaces multiple times an hour.
